The legal structure currently being established consists of a French Association (Loi 1901) that will hold all strategic IP and brand rights, and a Romanian commercial entity that will operate under a revocable licence.
The licence is revocable if the mission is compromised — by anyone, including the founder. This means that no investor, no acquirer, and no future board can introduce behavioural advertising, sell user data, or redirect the platform toward attention extraction.
Investors and acquirers gain access to the product and the revenue. They do not gain access to the mission.

MONVADEL is founded by a deliberately non-technical founder: PhD in Economics, multiple master's degrees, experience leading large teams and managing significant budgets in complex environments.
The founder's contribution is not the code — it is the architecture of thought: the ecosystem vision, the evidence-based safety framework, the Iron Dome legal structure, and the rejection of non-European capital as a founding decision.
