The mission is protected by a layered legal structure currently being established. A French Association will hold all strategic IP and grant a revocable licence to the commercial entity.
No investor, no acquirer, no future board can introduce behavioural advertising. The prohibition is contractual and irrevocable — enshrined in the Association's statutes and in every investor agreement.
If the mission is abandoned — by anyone, including the founder — the Association can revoke the licence. Investors and acquirers get access to the product, not to the mission.
